Trionfo di Bacco e Arianna is a speculative fiction.
After months spended in researching and studying to outline each character personality, history and symbols, the drawing represents an extensive imaginary, where relationships are naturally merged, forming a disorienting or harmonious overall view,
depending on the time and attention dedicated to explore, identify and probe the history of each single detail.

All the miniatures depicted, contending for the observer’s attention, represent a portal to both dependent and interdependent realities.
Trionfo di Bacco e Arianna spans on an eclectic range of references : from submerged writing systems, symbols of radical struggles, ancient tales, aesthetic notes and visual quotes from
contemporary artists that serves as hypertext links to deepen a story.

The purpose is to dive into the life of each detail in order to connect intuitions, contradictory or matching, since where a question is asked and no answer is found, the observer is invited to be continually urged and kept alive by the torment
of mystery.
